Lyn has devoted two decades of research, training, personal study and clinical trials into a diversity of therapeutic techniques and modalities in the fields of mind body medicine, natural therapies, human enhancement technologies, metaphysics and practical spirituality. Her experience and deep understanding of the intricacies of human nature has equipped her to offer a customised holistic solution focused approach to deliver optimum outcomes; assisting people to; fulfil their potential and create clear direction towards their professional and personal goals and propel them toward greater health and wellbeing.  She continues to research the field of 'mind-body' medicine theories and programmes that are successful, applicable and maintainable!

Lyn is the author of two highly successful training programmes that have received the prestigious recognition of accreditation at the highest level with the Australian Kinesiology Association. She has developed several human enhancement products to further support and assist both her students and clientele; The Inner Voyage, Interactive Chakra Meditations, Interactive Chakra Mandalas and several vibrational medicine products.  She has also written two Ebooks - Dream Recall and Clearing Spaces and is currently developing world class online personal empowerment and professional success home study courses.

Lyn has guest lectured at the Australiasian College of Natural Therapies, she has been interviewed by the internationally renowned Well-being magazine, had several articles published in other leading health industry magazines and kinesiology journals. She has served on the board of the Australian Kinesiology Association and facilitated courses both privately and for the Workers Education Association and has been a finalist in the local Sydneys lower north shore small business awards.

Lyn's formal study inlcudes a Masters programme in Practical Spirituality, she is currently studying toward a Doctorate of Spiritual Science.  She has a Diploma of Kinesiology and Certificates in Metaphysics, Workplace Training and Assessment, Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology, Psych-energetics, Touch For Health, Applied Physiology, Educational Kinesiology, Creative Nutrition, Reiki, and Polarity Therapy amongst which include internationally recognised qualifications.

Lyn is a registered specialist practitioner and instructor with the Australian Kinesiology Association and professional member with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
